i and my family booked four beded room. very good location, very nice Room, good staff better room service, homely atmosphere. our family enjoyed while staying there. worth for money. garden also there. parking is available. staffs are very friendly and they helped as to book travels for sight scenes to our family.

There's no room service and I had to ask even for towel, soap and drinking water. I paid 1000 bucks for a 9 hour stay which is very steep by the hotel's standards. The hotel is situated very near to Ramnath Swamy temple though.

We Have booked Six Rooms (Four Four bed rooms and two double bed rooms) by paying advance through bank account transfer after talking to the Manager for Two days stay from 14th March 2018 morning 6am to 15th evening 8pm. But when we reached the hotel We got only Three Four bed rooms and one Dble bed room. This is atrocious on the part of the management. Rooms are good. But there is no restaurant near by. They claim it is close to the temple, but not to the main entrance. Overall it is a poor management and false claims. Sarma JRL, Hyderabad

I went there on 4th feb with my family to do check -in on 12 pm.they told me there check in time is 2.00 pm ,and they didn't informed me about as i have paid them 1200 in advance asked them for morning check in.when i went there they didn't respond me properly.they make us waited half hour and told me that there is no rooms for check -in even though i paid them online 1200 advance.i was with my grand parents .They troubled us.I asked them to refund money they directly denied me to refund my money such peoples are there.they are making money by cheating peoples.such losers are there.they don't even saw that senior citizens are with me.they make us waited and told me there no rooms.How ridiculous it is.I am suggesting people don't even give them single penny in advance.They don't deserve any kind of rating.They charged me extra money for morning check in and denied to me by saying there is no rooms,,how cheap peoples they are.When you will go there u ll get a maid no any management and they are charging like 3 star hotels.

This hotel is a hell kind of a bungalow that had been somehow converted to a hotel. The owners are just there on the name plate outside and the hotel is managed by some unprofessional guys who are not fit to be in the hospitality industry. Pros: Very close to the Rameshvaram temple Cons: We were received by the cleaning lady at the reception. The reception is the front of a kitchen. You will be highly confused of that is the reception or not. Once inside the room, it appeared big and clean. There was a wash basin in the room. After the first use, it started leaking and there was water in the whole 4 seater room. On requesting it to be cleaned, we were told that the cleaning lady who was there at the check in earlier had now gone for lunch. She did not come back till evening and eventually the water dried up on it's own. The room was pretty hot so we decided to open the windows. However one window was having just one hinge and the other broken and it could fall off any moment. On asking an unprofessional guy from the hotel about this, he advised us to keep the window closed. He was damn intelligent as this solution never came to my mind. There was a train of ants in several parts is the room. The toilet was hopeless and dirty and was beyond the scope of being cleaned. It was one that was used for years and was worn out. In the morning we had to go to the temple and we started to bathe at 4 am but found that the geyser was not working. We found out that the geyser had another nahin switch that was in control of the unprofessional staff and we had to run after them 2 to 3 times to get that working early in the morning. The other electrical sockets for mosquito repellant or mobile charging were not working. The room had very poor electrical connections for the fan and night bulbs. One of the fans had no speed regulator. The summary is that this place of to be avoided at all costs. This is just an abandoned bungalow where the owners maybe trying to fool guests and make some easy money without making any investment and bothering about customer satisfaction by hiring a group of unprofessional guys (one manager fir the day, one guy at night and the cleaning lady). I will be posting pics as a proof. I request all travelers to stay away from this place. Your whole trip will be ruined.
